Mr. Black’s expertise comes from 25+ years in director level positions with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota within network management, health management and business development. He excels in translating government and private payer medical, benefit and payment policies into successful business planning for emerging medical programs. Ed combines a strong understanding of payer perspectives in health economics with business development and alliance management skills. Ed holds the Certificate of Achievement in Alliance Management from the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals and is a member of the Minnesota Facilitators Network.
